"The chalet is very comfortable and has everything you need for a nice stay in Skye. The surroundings were quiet for good nights sleep. The small village of dunvegan is a couple of miles up the road. The location is pretty central for touring around the Isle . Iain the host helped with anything he could with your stay . Would happily stay here again."

"We had stayed here in April of 2023. It is a decent size with 2 rooms, 1 double bed and 1 single bed with additional sofa bed that is quite comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need ( we cooked and enjoyed good meals) with an excellent coffee grinder which we enjoyed thoroughly. The wifi was good. Clean bathroom with hot shower. The outside view is beautiful with a brook and loch nearby. Iain the host is quite helpful and offers all info needed for slightly seeing and replies instantly to our messages."

If you want to relax, this is the place to go! Right in the middle of nowhere and 10 min away from Dunvegan (there's a store and some bars & restaurants here) and close to many other attractions in Skye. We were there for 6 days and I'd have stayed longer. Iain is a fantastic host. It was such a pleasure meeting him! I definitely recommend this place and hope to come back soon :)"

Iain hat uns gleich nochmal auf die besonderen Umstände nochmal hingewiesen wegen dem Wasser, was für uns aber überhaupt keine Problem war. Vor der Anreise haben wir nochmal eine Wegbeschreibung bekommen, die sehr gut war wenn man sich dran hält. Bei der Ankunft war alles, so wie es beschrieben war. Die Kommunikation mit Iain war super, besser kann es garnicht sein. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen. Danke Iain 😃"

"Excellent communication from host. Some people consider the cabin remote, but unless you're staying in Portree, the whole Isle of Skye is remote! The location is great for visiting Dunvegan Castle, Skye Weavers, and Neist Point (all of which we highly recommend). The cabin has nice views (we saw deer in the morning) and is a great value. We'd stay again."
